Lay a document before the Houses of the Oireachtas
To use our online Documents Laid application you first need to register via the Oireachtas Portal, even if you were registered on the previous system which was decommissioned in 2020.

Lay a document in paper format
We encourage people to use our online Documents Laid application but you can also lay a document in paper format. To do so, carefully complete the Documents Laid cover sheet and submit it with six copies of the document to the Oireachtas Library & Research Service.
