The Select Committee on Justice and Equality will consider the Civil Liability (Amendment) Bill 2017 [Seanad] at its meeting tomorrow, Thursday, 29th June 2017.
The purpose of this Bill is to empower the courts to make awards of damages in cases of catastrophic injury by way of periodic payments orders.
Minister for Justice and Equality Charlie Flanagan TD will attend the meeting.
This meeting will start in Committee Room 1 at 3pm on Thursday, 29 June 2017.
