I propose an amendment to the Order of Business, "That the order of the Seanad of this day fixing Committee Stage of the Independent Reporting Commission Bill 2017 for tomorrow be discharged and that Committee and Remaining Stages of the Bill be taken today on conclusion of No. 4."
Senator Bacik made the proposal and I have spoken to other group leaders and there seems to be agreement that we do this. I appreciate the support of the Members and am happy to accede to that request. The Minister is also willing to accept that.
