Ibec will brief Oireachtas Members and staff on “Brexit: Challenges with solutions” in Leinster House today. The briefing will be given by Ibec's Director of Policy and Public Affairs, Mr. Fergal O'Brien, and members of the Ibec policy team.
The briefing will focus on a new Ibec position paper, which sets out the priorities of Irish business in the EU-UK negotiations. With a particular focus on the future EU-UK relationship, the briefing will identify some of the numerous challenges the negotiations present, and identify practical ways these can be overcome.
