I move:
That, pursuant to Standing Order 154, it be an instruction to the Committee to which the Technological Universities Bill 2015 may be recommitted in respect of certain amendments, that it has power to make provision in the Bill to provide for investigations into the performance of functions of and provision of information by technological universities, the Institute for Advanced Studies and the National College of Art and Design, and, in relation to Institutes of Technology and Dublin Institute of Technology, to amend inspection provisions to provide for investigations into the performance of their functions and to amend provisions relating to supply of information, and to make necessary consequential amendments including to the title of the Bill.
