We will now consider COM (2017) 166, proposal for a Council decision establishing the position to be adopted on behalf of the European Union with regard to proposals for amendments to the appendices to the Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals with a view to the 12th meeting of the Conference of the Parties. The EU policy clerk has assisted us with this and it has been accepted by the committee that we would agree with the legislative measure. Is that agreed? Agreed.
