Bound volumes of Acts of the Oireachtas

The Houses of the Oireachtas have published nine Bills in the third month of 2018, comprising two Government Bills and seven Private Members’ Bills.

This month’s Bills include the Thirty-sixth Amendment of the Constitution Bill 2018.

Other issues addressed by the Bills brought forward in March include the possibility of restricting sex offenders from travelling abroad, creating an offence of recruiting a child to carry out a criminal offence, investigative powers for the Residential Tenancies Board and a guarantee of the right of students to receive factual and objective relationships and sexuality education. Bills relating to the pricing and supply of medical goods and to copyright and intellectual property law have also been published.
