The Oireachtas Library & Research Service is exhibiting a first edition of a controversial pamphlet published by William Molyneux in 1698.
The pamphlet, entitled The Case of Ireland’s being bound by Acts of Parliament in England, Stated, was condemned as dangerous by the House of Commons of England. Although Molyneaux died later that year, his pamphlet was reprinted throughout the following century.
