I have accepted the recommendations contained in the Commission's Report of Inquiry which I have already published. The most important of the recommendations related to the establishment of a voluntary appeals board to which refusals to supply could be referred and my Department are at present engaged in discussions with the various interested parties with a view to establishing such a board as quickly as possible.
