I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case:

Deputy Mairéad Farrell - To discuss the issue of rents in investment fund-owned student accommodation in Galway.

Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív - To discuss the need to improve the two Connecting Ireland bus services in Connemara.

Deputy Kathleen Funchion - To discuss the appeal of Helping the Homeless in Kilkenny to avail of the ESF and food and basic materials support operational programme.

Deputy Aodhán Ó Ríordáin - To discuss capacity and infrastructure at Beaumont Hospital.

Deputy Michael McNamara - To discuss the impact of Circular 0002/2024 on primary schools' special education teacher allocation.

Deputy Violet-Anne Wynne - To discuss the classification of foetal alcohol spectrum disorder as a disability.

Deputy David Stanton - To discuss the need to grant permission to spouses and partners of intra-company transfer employment permit holders to access the labour market.

Deputy Paul Murphy - To discuss special needs allocations in schools.

Deputy Danny Healy-Rae - To discuss the concerns of many business owners about exorbitant rates demands.

Deputy Steven Matthews - To discuss the need to update existing legislation regarding rights of way.

Deputy Maurice Quinlivan - To discuss when the 24-7 mental health de-escalation unit in Limerick will be operational.

Deputy Pearse Doherty - To discuss the possible closure of Raphoe community playgroup due to the presence of defective concrete blocks in its building.

Deputy Pat Buckley - To discuss Cork County Council’s establishment of a dedicated flood relief team.

Deputy Chris Andrews - To discuss the need for building works to begin in Harold’s Cross Educate Together Secondary School.

Deputy Mattie McGrath - To discuss the need for an emergency ministerial order pausing planning enforcement proceedings on log cabins.

Deputy Thomas Gould - To discuss the delivery of social, affordable and cost-rental homes in Cork city in 2023 and 2024.

Deputy Donnchadh Ó Laoghaire - To discuss the delay in the development of pedestrian access for the L2455 Lehenaghmore Road project.

Deputy Niamh Smyth - To discuss the need to review the opening hours of Ballyconnell Garda Station.

The matters raised by Deputies Mairéad Farrell, Niamh Smyth and Éamon Ó Cuív have been selected for discussion.
