Deputy Cian O'Callaghan asked the Minister for Transport if he is aware that many residents are unable to install electric vehicle charging points due to their management companies; if management companies are legally allowed to deny the installation of all EV charging points; if this is contrary to the Climate Action Plan 2023; if there are plans to change the legislation to compel management companies to allow EV charging points to be installed; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
