The Minister for Home Affairs, on the Second Reading of the Rent Restrictions Bill, promised to lay on the Table the Dáil Decree on the subject of the 11th March, 1921. The Decree reached us too late to put on the Order Paper, but members should know that there are three copies now in the Members' Rooms.
