DAMAGE TO PROPERTY ACT.—ALTERATION OF DATE.

I regret that I was not here yesterday when the matter I gave notice of was reached. I was over in the Seanad, listening to the Land Bill debate. I beg to give notice that I will raise it this evening.

The matter referred to by the Deputy is as to the advisability of introducing legislation for altering a certain date in the Damage to Property Act.
