Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Acquisition of County Carlow Lands.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state whether the Land Commission has yet completed its inquiries in connection with the acquisition of lands at Tullowbeg, Templeowen, Tullowphelim and Mount Wolseley, Tullow, County Carlow, at present held by James McDonald, Mill Street, Tullow, County Carlow, and, if so, whether the Land Commission propose to take steps to acquire the lands in question.

The Land Commission have had an inspection made of the lands in question but they have not yet come to a decision as to instituting proceedings for they acquisition.
