Vol. 114 No. 5

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Roscommon Non-Residential Farm.

asked the Minister for Lands whether the Land Commission intend to acquire the non-residential farm of Mr. Coyle (approximately 120 acres) on the Cloonlaughnan estate, Roscommon, for the relief of congestion in the area.

Proceedings were instituted by the Land Commission for the acquisition of the lands of Cloonlaughnan owned by William Coyle. An objection was lodged by the owner, and no hearing before the Land Commission court was allowed.
