Vol. 125 No. 12

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Delivery of Air Mail Letters.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs whether his attention has been drawn to complaints regarding delays in delivery of air mail letters posted in London for Dublin, and if he will make a statement in the matter.

The latest time of posting of letters in London for dispatch by the night air mail service to Dublin is 1.30 p.m. Letters so dispatched are due to secure first delivery next morning in Dublin and no complaints have been received which would suggest that they are not so delivered.
