Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Ashmore Baby Inquiry.

asked the Minister for Justice if he will make available to the Dáil the findings of the inquiry, which he recently established to investigate the events leading up to the discovery of the Ashmore baby.

The inquiry into the circumstances of the finding of the Ashmore baby is in the nature of an inquiry by the Commissioner of the Garda Síochána into possible neglect or violation of duty by members of the force who were handling the investigation into the disappearance of the child. It is not yet completed.
