The first step towards bringing the Act into operation is the appointment of the members of Bórd na gCon and I have this matter in hands.
Is the Minister in a position to say at this stage whether it is his intention or whether it comes within the purview of his responsibility to fix the headquarters of this board? If it is within his authority, does the Minister propose to maintain it at Clonmel where it has, by tradition, been established?
I have not considered the question. I do not know whether or not it lies with me to determine the matter. If it did, I would not be able at this stage to answer the question.
