SECTION 2.
Question proposed: "That section 2 stand part of the Bill."

The purpose of this section is the real purpose of the Bill, namely, to increase to £75 million the overall limit on the aggregate borrowing limit of the Industrial Credit Company.

The purpose of this section is to authorise the Minister for Finance to give guarantees to the the tune of £75 million.
