Vol. 354 No. 11

Written Answers. - County Wexford Land Division.

667.

asked the Minister for Agriculture when the land (details supplied) held by the Irish Land Commission will be distributed in County Wexford.

668.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if he is aware of the concern of local farmers over the acquisition of an estate (details supplied) in County Wexford, who were told by Land Commission officers that the land was acquired; if he will give full details of procedures followed in this case; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I propose to take Questions Nos. 667 and 668 together. The proceedings instituted by the Land Commission for the acquisition of these lands have been discontinued, in accordance with the provisions of the Land Acts. The question of distribution does not therefore arise.
