Monaghan County Council have submitted contract documents for this scheme to my Department. The Department have deferred a decision on the draft contract documents pending the allocation of a road grant to enable the project to proceed to construction stage.
The provision of funds for the project will be considered when the road grant allocations for 1990 are being determined.
