Messages have been received from the Seanad stating that it has passed the Radiological Protection Bill, 1990 without amendment; that it has accepted the Presidential Establishment Bill, 1990, without recommendation; and that it has passed the Adoption Bill, 1990, to which it has made amendments and to which the agreement of Dáil Éireann is desired.
