136 Mr. Spring asked the Minister for the Environment if he received an environmental impact study from Tralee UDC in relation to a proposed effluent treatment plant; if so, the date it was received; and when he expects to make a decision on it.
An environmental impact study in respect of the treatment works for the proposed Tralee sewerage scheme was received in my Department in February 1991. Additional information in relation to the EIS has been sought from Tralee Urban District Council and a decision must await this.
