105 Mr. McGinley asked the Minister for Education if an application has been received in his Department for the extension of a classroom and other facilities at the Abbey vocational school, Donegal town, County Donegal; the nature and scope of the extra accommodation being planned; the exact stage of planning on the project; and when he expects work to commence.

My Department are currently examining Stage 3 documentation in relation to the provision of additional accommodation which includes a General Classroom, and approved specialist facilities at the Abbey Vocational School, Donegal town.

Pending completion of the planning stages, I am not in a position to say when construction will commence.
