81 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for the Environment when a group water supply grant will be made available to the Stagpark Group Water Scheme, Glanworth, County Cork, as a number of people in the locality, including elderly people, are seriously inconvenienced by their total lack of a water supply; the reason the matter has not yet been attended to; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Having regard to the existing level of commitments under the group water schemes programme, I am not in a position to indicate when there may be a decision on this scheme.
