Vol. 455 No. 8

Written Answers. - Castlecomer (Kilkenny) Courthouse.

Liam Aylward

Question:

286 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Justice if she has received a fully costed plan from Kilkenny County Council for refurbishment works to Castlecomer courthouse; and if so, when works will commence. [13041/95]

Kilkenny County Council furnished plans for the refurbishment of Castlecomer Courthouse on 18th August, 1995. Some amendments are required to the plans and subject to these being incorporated into the final plans, approval in principle has been given for this project. The project is estimated to cost in the region of £120,000 with work commencing late 1995 or early 1996.
