140 Mrs. T. Ahearn asked the Minister for Education when sanction for an additional teacher will be given to a school (details supplied) in County Waterford; if she will give an assurance that no delay will be allowed on this matter; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [15083/95]

As the House was informed on Thursday last, a decision regarding the appointment of an additional teacher to the school in question will be made as soon as all of the relevant facts in this case have been fully assessed. I can assure the Deputy that no delay will be allowed in this matter.
