269 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice if she will expedite a dealing (details supplied) in County Mayo which has been lodged with the Land Registry in view of the fact that it is causing severe hardship due to the fact that it is delaying an application (details supplied) under the farm retirement scheme. I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing has been expedited and it is expected to be completed in approximately four weeks.
