276 Mr. O'Dea asked the Minister for Justice whether she will direct the authorities in Limerick Prison to remove a personal computer from a prisoner (details supplied) who is wreaking havoc with the criminal justice system. [14305/96]
The prisoner referred to by the Deputy has, along with other prisoners, access to a personal computer through the prison education services. I do not accept the Deputy's assertion that this prisoner is wreaking havoc with the criminal justice system through his use of the computer.
