Vol. 471 No. 7

Written Answers. - Ewe Premium Delay.

Ned O'Keeffe

Question:

395 Mr. E. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the reason for the delay in an appeal being finalised regarding a 1995 ewe premium application by persons (details supplied) in County Cork. [22237/96]

Consideration of this appeal was delayed by the need to examine the herdowner's area aid application which was being digitised for the land parcel identification system. The papers are now to hand and the appeals unit will be in contact with the herdowner as soon as their review of the case is completed.
