182 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources when a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim will receive a 1997 and 1998 forestation plantation payment in view of the fact that the planters have been paid, tax and other documentation are in order and two applications have been lodged; if payment will be authorised in this regard; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The person referred to by the Deputy has not submitted all the necessary documentation to enable payment of the relevant forestry premium to be processed. The forest service of my Department has recently written to the applicant.
