41 Mr. M. Higgins asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the plans, if any, he has to amend or review the law to clarify the questions which may be put to potential jurors before being empanelled to serve in a criminal trial; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As the issue raised is currently before the courts it would be inappropriate for me to comment until such time as the courts have dealt with the matter.
