69 Mr. Rabbitte asked the Minister for the Environment Heritage and Local Government if the promised high-level heritage liaison group has yet been established; the membership and terms of reference of the group; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [28451/03]
The high-level liaison group will be established and its terms of reference finalised within the next few weeks immediately following the coming into effect of the transfer of functions order, transferring certain functions from the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government to the Commissioners of Public Works.
