Criminal Justice (Incitement to Violence or Hatred and Hate Offences) Bill 2022: Second Stage (Resumed)

I must now deal with a postponed division relating to Second Stage of the Criminal Justice (Incitement to Violence or Hatred and Hate Offences) Bill 2022 (Second Stage) taken on Thursday, 10 November 2022. On the question, "That the Bill be now read a Second Time", a division was claimed and in accordance with Standing Order 80(2) that division must be taken now.
