I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case:

Deputy Chris Andrews - to discuss the children's disability network team waiting lists.

Deputy Aindrias Moynihan - to discuss the need for Irish Water action on Ballingeary wastewater treatment plant.

Deputy Marian Harkin - to discuss the reopening of day centres post the Covid pandemic.

Deputy Cathal Crowe - to discuss ongoing water outages in the village of Doonbeg, County Clare.

Deputy Gino Kenny - to discuss age limits for cancer screening for women.

Deputy Neale Richmond - to discuss the reimbursement of the drug Cariban as of budget 2023.

Deputy Thomas Gould - to discuss people facing eviction who do not qualify for social housing and who cannot access a mortgage.

Deputy Bernard J. Durkan - to discuss parental alienation in the context of family law cases.

Deputy Jackie Cahill - to discuss section 39 funding requirements for the Circle of Friends Cancer Support Centre in Tipperary town.

Deputy Holly Cairns - to discuss the need for an automatic removal of a name on a social housing lease for those with a barring order due to domestic violence.

Deputy Danny Healy-Rae - to highlight the non-availability of homeless accommodation in Killarney at the moment following the influx of refugees to the area.

Deputy David Stanton - to discuss the need to compensate houses and businesses which are experiencing extra costs due to the ongoing boil water notice on the Whitegate public water supply in County Cork.

Deputy Jennifer Murnane O'Connor - to discuss the current progress and eventual timeline for the provision of grant support for a library (details supplied).

Deputy Aengus Ó Snodaigh and Claire Kerrane - to discuss employment-related concerns of community employment, CE, supervisors.

Deputy Richard O'Donoghue - to discuss why the temporary business energy support scheme does not cover the use of liquid gas such as liquefied petroleum gas, LPG, and BioLPG.

Deputy Pádraig O'Sullivan - to discuss conducting a review of the Control of Dogs Acts, 1986 and 1992, in the light of recent events.

The matters raised by Deputies Marian Harkin, Gino Kenny, Neale Richmond and Jackie Cahill have been selected for discussion.
