I move:
That Dáil Éireann approves the following Regulations in draft:
Criminal Justice Act 1984 (Treatment of Persons in Custody in Garda Síochána Stations) (Amendment) Regulations 2023,
a copy of which has been laid in draft form before Dáil Éireann on 28th February, 2023.
