Before moving to the discussion on the fishing industry, I will deal with scrutiny of EU legislative proposals. Schedule A is COM (2016) 273, proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and the Council defining characteristics for fishing vessels (recast). It is proposed that this proposal warrants further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed. Schedule B is COM (2016) 441 and COM (2016) 613. It is proposed that these proposals do not warrant further scrutiny? Is that agreed? Agreed.
