I wish to record the decision taken by the committee on EU legislative proposals. The committee agreed that EU proposal COM (2018) 646 warrants further scrutiny. The committee also agreed that EU proposals COM (2018) 537, COM (2018) 576, COM (2018) 601 and COM (2018) 614 do not warrant further scrutiny.
