The joint committee went into private session at 10.05 a.m. and resumed in public session at 10.16 a.m.

I would like to say thank you to the Chairman and staff. We have come through another year that perhaps we did not think we would, but I congratulate and thank the Chairman on the way in which everything is conducted on this committee.
I thank Deputy O'Sullivan, and I thank her, all the members and, very important, our support staff for their contribution.
