Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business in the order on which it is set out in the Order Paper down to No. 5, and in the event of business not being finished, it is suggested that we should meet at 11 a.m. to-morrow.

I wish with your permission, Sir, to inform the House that I do not propose to move Motion No. 6:

That Seanad Éireann is of opinion that all those internees against whom the Government possess sufficient evidence to prefer a charge, should now be charged and tried by the ordinary courts, and that all other internees should now be released.

The motion stands in my name and in that of Senator Mrs. Connolly O'Brien. We do not propose to move it in view of the fact that it no longer applies in present circumstances.
