I have received notice from the following Senators that they propose to raise the following matters:Senator Tim Lombard - The need for the Minister for Education to increase the access to, and the number of, school national educational psychological service assessments.Senator Sharon Keogan - The need for the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science to make a statement on the progress being made to put in place a national programme for local authorities to establish and run apprenticeship schemes for those wishing to work for the local council or executive.Senator Emer Currie - The need for the Minister for Transport to make a statement on the oversight mechanisms for the National Transport Authority. Senator Seán Kyne - The need for the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage to make a statement on the local property tax review and its implications for baseline funding for Galway County Council. Senator Alice-Mary Higgins - The need for the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs to make a statement on the State's proposed search and rescue supports and the wider humanitarian response to the earthquakes in Türkiye and Syria.Senator Fiona O'Loughlin - The need for the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs to make a statement on visa access difficulties for ex-United Nations peacekeepers entering the United States.Senator Aisling Dolan - The need for the Minister for Health to provide an update on the progress in the implementation of the HSE capital plan, including the replacement of a 50-bed unit for Sacred Heart Hospital and Care Home, Roscommon.Senator Lynn Boylan - The need for the Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications to make a statement on the rebalancing of network tariffs by the Commission for Regulation of Utilities towards domestic accounts to be paid for by higher prices for large energy users.Senator Barry Ward - The need for the Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform to make a statement on the status of the proposed regulations to introduce a coffee cup levy.Senator Garret Ahearn - The need for the Minister of State with special responsibility for employment affairs and retail business to make a statement on supports for small- and medium-sized businesses and the retail sector in rural town centres in Tipperary.Senator Martin Conway - The need for the Minister for Transport to make a statement on his plans to re-open Crusheen Railway Station on the Ennis to Galway line.Senator Maria Byrne - The need for the Minister for Finance to outline the measures being considered in 2023 to support small and medium-sized enterprises.

The matters raised by the Senators are suitable for discussion and I have selected Snators Lombard, Keogan, Currie, Kyne, Higgins and O'Loughlin and they will be taken now. The other Senators may give notice on another day of the matters that they wish to raise.
