Election of Temporary Chairman.

Clerk to the Committee

In the unavoidable absence of the Chairman and vice-Chairman we must elect a temporary Chairman. Pursuant to Standing Order 823, I call for nominations for temporary Chairman of the meeting.

I propose Deputy McGennis.

Mr. Shatter

I second that proposal.

As there are no other nominations, I call on Deputy McGennis to take the Chair.
