280 Mr. Howlin asked the Minister for Education and Science the number of applications received from primary schools in County Wexford for special needs assistants in the school year September 2003 to August 2004; the number of special needs assistants appointed to primary schools in County Wexford to date in 2004; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
