View answerI wish to inform the Deputy that the persons concerned were both granted permission to remain in the State in May, 2002 on the basis of their being the parents of an Irish born citizen child. Both applicants currently have permission to remain in the State, under Stamp 4 conditions, until 17th January, 2009.
