Deputy Neale Richmond asked the Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media if her attention has been drawn to the fact that an organisation (details supplied) has gone without a full non-executive board of directors; if her attention has been drawn to any work to fill these vacancies; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Appointments to the board referred to by the Deputy are made by the North/South Ministerial Council (NSMC) following nominations on a 50:50 basis from each jurisdiction.

There are no vacancies within the roles due to be filled by the Irish Government at this time.
