Deputy Peter Fitzpatrick asked the Minister for Health when persons (details supplied) in Border areas who received a Covid-19 vaccine in Northern Ireland but cannot prove their residency in Northern Ireland will be eligible to apply for the EU digital Covid certificate; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Irish passport holders, who have reliable proof of a vaccination regime completed in Northern Ireland with a vaccine product authorised for use in Ireland, can apply for an EU Digital COVID Certificate online at covidcertificateportal.gov.ie.
