Deputy Steven Matthews asked the Minister for Transport if his attention has been drawn to concerns related to the National Driver Licence Service cancellation policy for driving tests (details supplied); if this policy will be reviewed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [42091/22]

The operation of the national driving test service is the statutory responsibility of the Road Safety Authority. As the cancellation policy is an operational matter for the RSA, I have therefore referred this question to the Authority for direct reply.

I would ask the Deputy to contact my office if a response has not been received within ten days.
