View answerThe Programme for Government commits to the development of a Sustainable Tourism Policy document and, in advance of this, an interim action plan. It is clear that the traditional model of tourism is changing and the development of this new national tourism policy provides an opportunity to set out what type of tourism sector we want out to 2030 and beyond. All issues will be considered in the context of the policy.
