The additional Core allocation to the Health Vote in Budget 2023 for New Service Developments for community healthcare services was €70.5 million. Of this, €8.8 million was provided to Primary Care Services in additional New Service Development Funding.

The HSE will shortly be submitting its National Service Plan to my Department for approval which will set out the type and volume of new measures for primary care services to be provided.
