Deputy Cian O'Callaghan asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage if he and his Department in the intended public consultation on the building regulations and fire safety technical guidance documents will consider the design, construction, workmanship and materials used on and for high-rise and high-risk buildings specifically any building over 11 m or four or more storeys high or of a specific purpose for example public buildings or for vulnerable people and the use of and regulation in relation to combustible materials on these buildings; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
